Billy Daniel Bunter
Background:
DJ: Daniel started DJing in the late 80's early 90's at the age of 15 for legendary London warehouse rave promoters Labrynth/2000ad,playing all styles of music including: House, Euro, Hardcore and Drum & Bass. He then moved through the ranks headlining events such as, Helter Skelter, Rain Dance, World Dance, Resurrection, and Dreamscape to an audience of 500 - 25'00 Daniel also began to travel the world extensively to Germany, Ireland, Switzerland Canada, Australia, Asia & Scotland. Through his knowledge and experience of DJing by the mid 90's Daniel had his own unique style of Nu Nrg & Hardcore,which he labelled Hard Dance, and the music press (DJ, Dream, Wax, Muzik), credit him for pioneering trance core. In that time he also mixed some of the rave scene's biggest selling CD's. By the late 90's Daniel's style had progressed in to Hard House and Hard Trance, through this period Daniel remained headlining the UK's major rave events playing Hard House & Hard Trance, as well as playing at a number of the UK's original Hard House & Hard Trance club night's, Infamous/Heresy, Eat Your Words, Country Club, Sunny Side Up, Pendragon. Long before Hard House had become commercially viable Daniel had established him self as a well respected figure within the genre for supporting the music from it's very early roots. 2000 - after 13 years of doing what he loves, Daniel can still be found week in week out playing at nights such as, Tasty, Fevah, Heat, Ripsnorter, Antiworld, Fantasy Island, Synergy, Slammin Vinyl, Helter Skelter, Flash Back and taking in countries such as, Japan, Taiwan, Canada, Australia and Holland spinning his unique style of uplifting and pumping hard house and hard trance. Daniel can also be found playing old school sets at various nights. Not only will he be one of the most experienced hard dance dj's you will get to book, he will also be one of the most enthusiastic and charismatic, in his own words … I've got nothing to prove, after 13 years, I've still got the most fun job in the world, where's the party!!!

Promoter:

Daniel run's London's awesome and unique Tasty parties at venues such as, Fridge, Rocket, Mass, Crash, SE1. Tasty is held monthly and attracts up to 1700 people, and although it has only been running for little over a year, Tasty has become one of club lands success stories, ramming out every night with up for it party people, having it to hard and uplifting house and trance, played on big sound systems with awesome production and value for money entry. Tasty have also held successful parties in Bristol and Cambridge. On New Years Eve 2002 Tasty hosted a room at Fantasy Island, which many said was the best room on the night.

Label Owner & Manager

1994 - 97, Daniel released some of the UK's biggest hardcore anthems and went on to set up GBT with Rob Vanden, which was a pioneering rave label.

1998 - As Daniel moved into Hard House, setting up his underground Hard Trax label, he also released some very big House and Big Beat anthems

1999 - HONEY POT RECORDINGS was born to cover all aspects of hard house/NRG music and gained massive support & respect from the likes of Pete Wardmen, Steve Thomas, Graham Gold, Judge Jules & Lisa Pin- Up to name a few

2000 - Honey Pot goes from strength to strength, gaining single of the month on every release in all major Dance mags such as Musik Mag, DJ and Ministry.
Daniel also set up UK Hard Records with good friend Jon Doe, which saw them release tracks to reflect their unique production & DJ styles.

PRODUCTION

Daniel has heavily been on the production front while running his own labels and doing remixes for FFRR, Tidy Trax, Virgin & Eve Records as well as having production and label involvement with the Ariel / A9 top 40 hit on London Records.
